PERSONAL TRAINING · DOG TRAINING · DUAL-SERVICE BUSINESS PLATFORM

Two completely different services.

One business. One clear digital experience.

Training by Mac presented an unusual brand challenge: personal training and dog training needed to exist under the same identity without confusing customers or making either service feel secondary. DLX designed a dual-service platform that separates each customer journey while preserving one recognizable brand, allowing visitors to immediately choose what they need, understand the available services and pricing, and move toward becoming a client.

THE STRATEGY

Create one digital brand capable of supporting two distinct service businesses without forcing them into the same customer journey.

THE EXPERIENCE

Visitors are intentionally routed into either personal training or dog training, where the content, services, packages and calls to action become specific to what that customer came to find.

THE BUSINESS PLATFORM

Services and pricing are presented directly within the experience, creating a clearer path from discovery to inquiry while giving the business room to expand its offerings over time.

WHAT’S NEXT

The architecture is being positioned for integrated appointment scheduling and payments, allowing customers to progress from discovering a service to selecting, scheduling and paying for it within the same branded environment. Scheduling and payments are presented as future/readiness functionality, not as currently deployed capability.
