AFSCME Local 626 needed a digital environment capable of serving two audiences at once: a public-facing presence for the organization and a functional member platform for the people it represents. DLX developed a centralized system where information can be published, members can access resources and submit forms, authenticated users can reach protected functionality, and authorized leadership can manage the platform through a dedicated back office.
A structured destination for organizational information, updates, resources and digital forms, with authenticated access allowing appropriate information and functionality to remain protected.
Public content and protected member functionality coexist within one responsive system, creating a foundation for member communications, submissions, resources and future digital services.
Authorized administrators can manage information and platform content behind the public experience, reducing the need for routine developer intervention while keeping control with the organization.
